  1. I have a UDR 916H and is stuck is booting mode, I could see the cameras but does not get to the setup prompt. The loading bar just shows up to the half in the monitor. What could be the problem

    1. Hi Hector, and thank you for visiting our website.
In most cases a DVR failure to boot up or go into
a boot cycle, can be cause by faulty HDD. We would
suggest to replacing the HDD with new. Should your
DVR have more then one HDD, remove all but one, and
cycle through them, it maybe only one faulty HDD
      causing your issue!
